How your project brief is handled

Your draft stays on your device

The draft and selected files remain in browser memory. This page does not upload them or store them in browser storage. Reloading or closing discards the draft; download or copy it to keep it.

You choose when to send

The email link passes a subject and message to your email app but cannot attach files. The complete .eml download contains your brief and selected attachments. Native sharing is available on supported devices. You choose the recipient and send. This page cannot confirm delivery.

What we ask for

Business contact details, goals, budget, timing and optional branding assets help us assess your inquiry. Share only materials you have permission to use. Do not include passwords, card details, private customer records or regulated information.

After receipt

The inquiry is handled in the North Lights business mailbox to review the project and communicate with you. Ask hello@northlights.ca to correct or delete inquiry information. Records may need to be retained for an active project, dispute or legal obligation. Project-specific handling and retention are agreed before a build.

AI-assisted concepts

Before providing confidential assets, agree which tools may be used and any restrictions. A concept inquiry does not authorize sending confidential data to an AI service.

Hosting and fonts

The host may process ordinary technical request information to serve and protect the page. Google Fonts loads Inter and Cormorant Garamond, making requests from the browser. No advertising pixels or marketing analytics are added to this service page.
